Bookings, arrival and class

Once an online booking is made, the person making the booking becomes liable for the relevant fee/cancellation charge.

Confirmation of your booking(s) will be sent to you by email.

If you are more then 5 mins late you will not be allowed to join on the session due to health and safety. If this is PAYG, this will incure a full class charge.  If you are going to be late please let me know as soon as possible, we have a strict 5 min late arrival window, following this window, entrance is forbidden. 

Please abide by the COVID policies below whilst social distancing / COVID restrictions are in place. 

Photographs may be taken in class, but only if no other students are in the back ground of your photos. 
The instructor will take photographs in class. 

Payment

Memberships are payable on the 5th day of each month. The monthly subscription amount remains the same regardless of how many classes fall in that month. There will be 4 weeks a year classes will not be held due to holidays. This has already been taken into calculated consideration in your monthly membership amount. These holidays will be announced with notice via messenger and in group pages and also in classes.

Class payments are payable prior to the start of all sessions unless agreed in advance.

CirqueFit reserves the right to alter prices from those published at any time. Two months notice will be given if this affects memberships. 

24 hours notice is required to cancel a PAYG class. Any later than this will result in full charge with no refund. 24 hours notice allows you to move your class to an alternative date or receive a refund. 

Cancellation Charges

CirqueFit reserves the right to cancel, postpone or otherwise alter the content or date of a class or event without notice. In such circumstances, CirqueFit may, at its own discretion, return any payment received without penalty of cancellation charge.

Cancellation charges apply when a suitable substitution is not made at the time of cancellation. 

Current charges are: No refunds after 24 hours before class is due to start.  Once you are out of the cancelation notice window you will lose your payment.  There are no carry overs under any circumstances.

Class Packs, Courses and Workshops are Non Refundable. 

If a you fail to attend a PAYG session, are more then 5 mins late or are a no show, this will be deemed as a cancellation and will incur a 100% fee.

Course and 121 Cancelations

Cancelations made for 1-2-1s under 24 hours will incur 100% fee.

Cancelation Notice Period for Memberships

You are required to give a minimum of 1 months notice in writing to brackencrag@icloud.com (CirqueFit)  to cancel your membership. Please note that you will be billed for the month after your membership is cancelled if cancelled between the 1st and 5th of the month. You are tied into a minimum of 1 billing cycles before cancellation.

Memberships are non refundable.

 If you fail to pay any remaining balance your debt may be passed to a third party company.
